HERO Aviation Subprocessor List

This is the subprocessor list referenced in the Data Processing Addendum and identified in HERO's Privacy Policy. It identifies the third-party service providers with whom HERO Aviation, LLC may share customer and crew information in the course of providing the Services. HERO maintains this list and will give Operators advance notice of any new subprocessor, and Operators may object, as and when provided in Section 7 of the Data Processing Addendum. HERO publishes this list at https://heroaviationusa.com/subprocessors and on request to privacy@heroaviationusa.com.

Subprocessors Engaged Today

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, compute, D1 database, Pages application hosting, Workers APIs, and Access authentication; storage in United States regions, though its global edge network may route traffic through non-U.S. points of presence. Personal information: yes. Processing location: United States (storage), with transit through non-U.S. points of presence.
  • Formspree, Inc. — contact-form email relay and submission storage. Personal information: yes (contact-form submissions). Processing location: United States.
  • Google LLC / Google Workspace — business email, Drive, and legacy spreadsheet archive. Personal information: yes (business email). Processing location: not region-pinned.

Anticipated Sub-processors (Not Engaged Today)

The following providers are on HERO’s roadmap but are not engaged today. None will be engaged without advance notice under the Data Processing Addendum.

  • Twilio — messaging.
  • Stripe — payments.
  • Resend or Cloudflare Email Routing — transactional email.

Change History

Changes from Version 2026-1 (August 24, 2026): wearable entries removed; GitHub and Squarespace moved out of the sub-processor list; personal-information and location fields added; notice terms conformed to the Data Processing Addendum.

Other Vendors (Not Subprocessors)

These vendors are engaged by HERO but receive no customer or crew personal information and are not subprocessors.

  • GitHub, Inc. — source code repositories under multi-factor authentication; United States.
  • Squarespace, Inc. — marketing website hosting; United States.
  • Intuit Inc. (QuickBooks Online) — HERO’s own accounting; customer names and invoice amounts only.
